41 Ways for the Christian to Be Involved in the Local Church
Each Christian is an important part of the church.
Each Christian is an essential member of the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:12-14). As a Christian, you matter to the Lord’s body - His church (Ephesians 1:22-23).
As members of the body, we all have a part to play. We all have a role to fulfill in the work of the church.
Here are forty-one ways each Christian can contribute and be involved in the work of the Lord’s church.

Call someone on the phone to encourage them.
Text an encouraging message to someone who needs to be built up.
Visit someone in person who needs encouragement.
Have people in your home to encourage them.
Make a point of saying something encouraging to someone at worship.

Christians must be generous with their resources (1 Timothy 6:17-19). What are some ways we can serve the church through giving?
Give on the first day of the week to help support various works of the local church.
Give to someone who is going through a difficult time financially.
