We’re not done yet with Romans, but we are getting close!
I’m currently working on an article about alcohol titled, “What Does the Bible Say About Alcohol?” I’m trying to be as thorough as possible, so it’s taking me a little longer than I thought.
So I wanted to ask you if there is a certain topic you would like to know more about?
Is there a Bible question you have?
Is there an area of biblical teaching that you think needs to be emphasized more?
I’m working on a plan for articles after we’re doing with Romans, and I’d like your input.

Is placing church membership a scriptural teaching? I find no passage that teaches placing membership. I feel that so many congregations of the Lord's church have made this such a ritual that the denomination world views us as just another denomination. We are added to the universal church when baptized in my opinion. I do feel it is good to let the elders know that you want their oversight and guidance but as far as filling out a membership card, I do not think it is necessary especially when you attend a congregation that has no elders.
