Hopefully, all of God’s words are precious to us!
But different passages of Scripture might mean a little bit more to us depending on what we face at a particular moment.
My favorite Bible verse has remained the same for some time now because of the comfort it provides to me - no matter what life throws at me.
Here it is:
Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. (Hebrews 4:14-16)
The picture we are given of Jesus in this passage is that He is at the throne of God, sympathizing with what we are facing - because He lived this life, too! He knows what it’s like!
Knowing that Jesus is moved with compassion for whatever I’m facing comforts me and gives me the confidence to approach God with whatever I’m going through - because I know that God knows and understands!

1 John 4:4. “Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.” With Christ we can defeat Satan.
Romans: 10-10 For it is with heart that you believe and justified and it is with your mouth that you profess and are saved. 😎❤️
