Jacob Marries Leah and Rachel (Genesis 29)

When Jacob arrives at his Uncle Laban’s home, he is treated like family - for a little while.

But it doesn’t take Jacob very long to figure out that Laban - much like himself - isn’t someone who can be trusted.

This chapter begins Jacob’s frustrations with Laban and also tells the sad story of a wife desperate for her husband’s love.
