The Birth of Jesus (Luke 2)

While Luke 2 includes details surrounding Jesus’ birth, the emphasis of the chapter is what is said about the one who was born.

We will discover:

• What the angels said to the shepherds about Jesus.

• What Simeon and Anna said about Jesus.

• What Jesus said about Himself.

The things we learn about Him should motivate us to continue following what Luke says about the one born “in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord” (Luke 2:11).
