If a Christian truly believes that the Bible is not the words of men but the word of God, then persecution is coming.

Paul pointed out that to the church in Thessalonica (1 Thessalonians 2:13-16).

Christians should not be surprised when persecution comes - but we can take comfort in knowing that our God will not leave us.
