Concerning "When God's People Will See His Face," Psalm 17:15 caught my eyes a few years ago: "As for me, I will see Your face in righteousness; I shall be satisfied when I awake in Your likeness."
Makes me wonder about Stephen in Acts 7 when he saw the glory of the Lord standing beside God on His throne. Stephen's face turned as did the face of Moses when he came off the mount. Similar instances . It sounds as if Stephen saw both the Lord and God or their glory?
God's face and glory can be seen in Jesus Christ alone. He is the express image of the invisible God. Thank God for graciously sending Jesus through whom we have access by faith (not physical sight) to see and speak with the Father face to face!
Blessed be the Lord God who lives forever! We can see God's face and glory in Jesus Christ alone. Thank God for graciously sending Jesus through whom we have access by faith to see and speak with the Father face to face!
What a wonderful read this was! I completely agree, you wrote just as I thought! Keep doing God's work 🙏🏾 Be blessed!
