Acts 13 is a shift in the focus of Acts. Up until this point, the focus has been mostly on the apostle Peter in Palestine. Now, the focus will shift to the apostle Paul and his travels among the Gentiles.
But the same gospel message is being preached. The same gospel of Jesus Christ is for both the Jews and Gentiles.
