Luke 3 focuses on God’s word about Jesus through John and then what the Father Himself speaks directly from heaven.
Luke shows Jesus to be both human and deity - the Son of Man and the Son of God.
It will be through Him that God’s plan of salvation and judgment will be accomplished.
